titleOfInvention Batch filling distillation method and batch filling distillation apparatus
abstract [57] [Problem] To improve the performance of a batch packed distillation apparatus by changing the reflux ratio so that the instantaneous minimum theoretical number of steps is always kept constant from the start to the end of the batch packed distillation. A batch-packing distillation method and a batch-packing distillation apparatus capable of improving the recovery rate by performing batch-packing distillation of a distilling stock under conditions under which the separation performance is optimized very efficiently, without requiring enormous repetitive calculations. I will provide a. SOLUTION: A distillation stock solution containing a low-boiling light key component and a high-boiling heavy key component is separated into a distillate and a bottom residue at a predetermined recovery rate while performing a reflux operation using a batch packed distillation column. A batch packed distillation method having a theoretical plate number N larger than the minimum theoretical step number S m -1 defined by (Equation 1), and adjusting a reflux ratio in the reflux operation. , (Equation 2), the instantaneous minimum theoretical step number S M is matched with the minimum theoretical step number S m for distillation.
