abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a garlic-containing food in which the garlic odor is sufficiently suppressed without deodorizing garlic. Kind Code: A1 A garlic is obtained by sealing at least a part of a film or sheet-like oxygen-absorbing laminated packaging material having an oxygen barrier layer, an oxygen-absorbing layer, and a sealant layer as a minimum component from the outside and then performing a heat treatment. A garlic-containing food with reduced odor is obtained.
