(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a high-precision current detection resistor that has a small change in resistance value due to a temperature change and has excellent dielectric strength. SOLUTION: In an electric resistor in which an alloy plate for electric resistance and a metal plate for heat dissipation have a laminated structure via a resin insulating layer, the alloy plate for electric resistance is an alloy containing nickel and copper. A resistor formed and adhered to a resin insulating layer by etching a crystal grain boundary of the alloy in a concave shape. |
