titleOfInvention Thermal adhesive conjugate fiber, method for producing the same, and fiber molded body using the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] A thermo-adhesive conjugate fiber capable of obtaining a fiber molded body such as a non-woven fabric excellent in sufficient bulkiness, high texture, shape stability, and recyclability, and a non-woven fabric using the same. And a method for producing the composite fiber. An eccentric sheath having a propylene-based copolymer as a first component and a cross-sectional shape of a composite fiber composed of crystalline polypropylene as a second component has a first component as a sheath side and a second component as a core side. Manufacturing a composite fiber having only three-dimensional crimps by spinning both components so that the core type or the first component and the second component become a parallel type, and stretching the obtained composite undrawn yarn under specific conditions. Then, a fiber molded body is formed using the fibers.
