SOLUTION: Natural mica is added to polylactic acid as an aliphatic polyester resin in an amount of 5.0 to 20.0% by weight, and an aliphatic carboxylic acid amide is used as an organic nucleating agent in an amount of 0.5 to 5. 0% by weight and 0.1 to 2.0% by weight of a carbodiimide compound as a hydrolysis inhibitor of polylactic acid. In the examples, 10% by weight of granulated mica powder having a particle size of 40 to 50 μm obtained by granulating natural mica is added to polylactic acid (Tg: 60 ° C.).
