abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To have excellent adhesion to a non-polar base material, and to have no tackiness, solubility in an aromatic or non-aromatic solvent, and good compatibility with other resins. An object of the present invention is to provide a resin having characteristics. SOLUTION: A polyolefin resin is graft-modified with an unsaturated polycarboxylic acid or a derivative thereof (A) and a (meth) acrylic ester (B) represented by a specific general formula, so that the modified polyolefin resin has (A) , (B) are contained in an amount of 0.1 to 20% by weight and 0.1 to 30% by weight, respectively, and the weight average molecular weight is 15,000 to 150,000.
