abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve solubility when preparing a solution of a cellulose acylate raw material recovered from a substrate having a complicated structure using a non-halogen organic solvent. Improve, remove defects and foreign matters that become defects, and improve the surface condition. SOLUTION: A cellulose acylate recovered or regenerated by performing a peroxide treatment using an aqueous solution containing a peroxide or a halogen oxide compound treatment using an aqueous alkali solution containing a halogen oxide compound on waste materials containing cellulose acylate. A cellulose acylate film is prepared from a cellulose acylate solution in which the rate is dissolved in a substantially chlorine-free organic solvent. |
