titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of electrochromic light control glass |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a method for reducing an adsorbed substance such as moisture attached to a substrate in a process of manufacturing a cell for electrochromic light control glass. SOLUTION: A cell is formed by sealing a peripheral portion between two transparent conductive substrates opposed to each other at a predetermined interval, and an electrolyte or a precursor thereof is vacuum-injected into the cell through an injection port. In the method for producing an electrochromic light control glass by forming an electrolyte layer, after loading the cell in a container, evacuating the inside of the container and then introducing an inert gas into the vacuum container once. Or a plurality of repetitions, then vacuum degassing the vessel, injecting an electrolyte or a precursor thereof into the cell, and then sealing the injection port, producing an electrochromic light control glass.
