titleOfInvention Rolling bearing
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] Compared to a conventional all-ball type double-row ball bearing, while significantly reducing the number of processing steps and assembling steps for parts, it achieves the same low rotational torque and large radial load capacity. The present invention provides a rolling bearing provided with: SOLUTION: A raceway surface 11 composed of a cylindrical surface is formed on an outer peripheral surface of a shaft 1 or an inner ring, and the raceway surface 11 is divided into two in an axial direction by a support plate 2 which is press-fitted and fixed to the shaft 1 or the inner race. The ball rows 3a and 3b are arranged on the respective raceway surfaces 11a and 11b, respectively. Corresponding to one of the ball rows 3a, 3b, the outer race 4 has a raceway surface 41 formed of an inner cylindrical surface, and a flange 42 is provided at an outer end thereof. Track surface 41 corresponding to 3b A hole 43 having a larger diameter is formed to fix the side plate composed of the cylindrical portion 51 and the inner flange portion 52, and the respective ball rows 3a, 3 The inner and outer sides of b are received on a cylindrical surface, and the axial position of each ball is regulated by the support plate 2 and the flange 42 or the support plate 2 and the inner flange portion 52 of the side plate 5.
