titleOfInvention Method for recovering active ingredients from polyester fiber waste
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an efficient and economical method for recovering an active ingredient from polyester fiber waste containing impurities, by improving the handling property of the fiber waste and obtaining a high-purity recovered monomer. Establish a method for collecting active ingredients. SOLUTION: After a pretreatment step of removing fiber waste determined as non-polyester fiber waste by inspection by a discriminating device, and crushing and granulating the fiber waste passed through the inspection to improve handling properties. By incorporating a reaction step including a step of removing impurities by a physical / chemical method, a high-purity recovered monomer can be obtained in a simple and economical manner.
