abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activated carbon sheet for adsorbing lower aldehydes having excellent adsorption performance of acetaldehyde contained in tobacco odor and the like, and lower aldehydes such as formaldehyde which is considered to be a causative substance of sick house syndrome. A manufacturing method is provided. SOLUTION: Acetaldehyde adsorption capacity is 20mg / g. (Amount of equilibrium adsorption at an equilibrium concentration of 10 ppm) A sheet mainly containing activated carbon and heat-fusible fibers, wherein the content of the activated carbon is 20 to 80% by mass and the basis weight is 20 to 300. g / m 2 , an activated carbon sheet for adsorbing lower aldehydes having an apparent density of 0.10 g / cm 3 or more.
