An autohandler (A) has a thermostat (1) whose inside is controlled at a predetermined temperature, a liquid nitrogen intake (5) for taking liquid nitrogen into the thermostat (1), and a thermostat (1) from the liquid nitrogen intake (5). Pipe cover 20 extending continuously to the upper part of the drying chamber 4 And a liquid nitrogen external pipe 30 which is covered by the pipe cover 20 and serves as a flow pipe for liquid nitrogen supplied into the thermostat 1. And A connection joint 23 for connecting a liquid nitrogen supply pipe for supplying liquid nitrogen is provided in a portion of the pipe cover 20 extending above the drying chamber 4. Then, the warmed residual heat of the drying chamber 4 is transmitted to the vicinity of the connection joint 23, and the vicinity of the connection joint 23 is heated, so that dew condensation around the connection joint 23 can be prevented.
