titleOfInvention Processing method of strip-shaped plate
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a method of forming a band-shaped plate material which can respond to a change in product shape extremely quickly and can be bent without using a dedicated tool. SOLUTION: When a strip-shaped plate material M is sent out from a clamp 71 by a desired length, it is fixed by a clamp fixing member 73. Here, the bending punch 101 is once driven in the negative direction of the Z-axis and moved to the side of the band-shaped plate material M. Next, the side of the band-shaped plate material M is driven downward, and is driven at a predetermined position in the positive direction of the Z-axis, and the protruding portion 101a is inserted into the bag-shaped portion of the band-shaped plate material M. Bending is performed by driving the protruding portion 101a downward by a predetermined amount.
