titleOfInvention Ball ball
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a ball for ball games having moderate water absorbency. SOLUTION: A leather panel 6 used as a skin of a ball is made of artificial leather, and this artificial leather has a nonwoven fabric layer 8 in which short fibers are entangled and an open-celled porous structure integrally formed therewith. A water absorption adjusting layer 10 is formed by covering the surface of the resin layer with a polyurethane resin layer 9. The amount of water absorbed by the resin layer is adjusted by the water absorption adjusting layer, and for example, water absorption similar to that of natural leather is imparted.
