abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] In a mobile surgical X-ray diagnostic apparatus, at least one of an X-ray irradiating means and an X-ray flat panel detector is not interrupted by a doctor during an operation except during imaging. Evacuate outside the area. SOLUTION: X-rays for irradiating an X-ray toward a subject 113 X-ray irradiating means 1, an X-ray flat panel detector 3 for detecting X-rays transmitted through the subject, and means for supporting the X-ray irradiating means and the X-ray flat panel detector at positions facing each other during X-ray irradiation. The X-ray irradiating means 1 except during imaging. And at least one of the X-ray flat panel detectors 3 is retracted outside the work area.
