titleOfInvention | Method for producing organic peroxide |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily producing bis (1-hydroxycyclohexyl) peroxide from inexpensive raw materials. SOLUTION: A cycloalkane and oxygen are reacted in the presence of an imide compound catalyst having an N-hydroxy (or N-oxo) cyclic imide skeleton to obtain a corresponding bis (1-hydroxycycloalkyl) peroxide. The imide compound catalyst includes, for example, a compound represented by the following formula (1): (Wherein R 1 and R 2 represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, a cycloalkyl group, etc .; 1 and R 2 may combine with each other to form a double bond or an aromatic or non-aromatic ring. X represents an oxygen atom or a hydroxyl group). The cycloalkane includes, for example, 5 to 15 Member cycloalkanes. |
