abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] It is possible to effectively fix and decompose harmful substances such as dioxins and heavy metal compounds contained in incinerated ash to make them harmless, and to reduce odors generated from incinerated ash. Provided is a detoxifying agent which can be effectively reduced. A dioxin-containing incineration characterized by dissolving a trivalent aluminum can, a trivalent iron salt, an alumina potassium salt, an alkali metal salt and an alkaline earth metal salt in a solvent water.
