PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a decrease in sensitivity and reliability of detecting a target substance due to a low synthesis yield in a sequential synthesis of a probe array, and to achieve high sensitivity and reliability. Provided are a synthesis method and a detection method capable of highly sensitive detection. SOLUTION: An end-labeled probe array produced by binding a labeling compound to the end of a probe extended by the synthesis at each stage up to the final stage of sequential synthesis, and a method for synthesizing the same. Furthermore, a method for evaluating the amount of a probe in each matrix, which is sequentially synthesized until the final stage, by measuring the amount of a labeling substance in each matrix. |
