(57) [Problem] To provide a conductive adhesive and a mounting structure capable of maintaining moisture resistance reliability even when a general-purpose base metal electrode is used. SOLUTION: The conductive adhesive of the present invention includes first particles whose standard electrode potential is equal to or higher than silver standard electrode potential, and second particles whose standard electrode potential is lower than silver standard electrode potential. . Further, a metal compound film having a higher potential than the metal particles may be formed on the surface of the electrode having a lower potential than the metal particles as the first particles. |
