abstract The present invention relates to a culture control method and a culture control device, and particularly to cells in a culture solution when producing microorganisms, animal and plant cells, etc., to produce metabolites such as antibiotics, amino acids, enzymes, and physiologically active substances. The present invention provides a method and an apparatus for continuously analyzing components produced by the method with high accuracy in a short time, and a culture method and an apparatus for efficiently culturing cells. SOLUTION: The culture monitor is provided with a means for taking out a part of the culture solution during the cell liquid culture and using a sensor to measure a substance produced by cells contained in the culture solution. Further, a culture apparatus provided with the culture monitor can be manufactured.
