(57) [Problem] To provide a method for producing a deproteinized natural rubber latex which has a very low risk of inducing allergy. SOLUTION: After adding an alkaline protease to natural rubber latex to decompose a protein in the latex, a protease having an exopeptidase activity is added to further decompose the protein in the latex and a decomposed product thereof. And its decomposition products are removed. |
