(57) [Problem] To provide a stable aqueous sodium perborate solution which does not need to be adjusted at the time of use and has excellent storage stability, and a method of using the same. SOLUTION: A stable aqueous solution of sodium perborate is 0.05-20% by weight of sodium perborate and 0.0 1 to 5.0% by weight of a sequestering agent is blended, and the pH is set in the range of 2.5 to 6.9. As the sequestering agent, at least one selected from hydroxyethanediphosphonic acid, phytic acid and salts thereof is blended. Further, at least one selected from a surfactant, a hair protecting agent, a pH adjuster, and the like is blended as an additive component. |
