titleOfInvention | Method for producing hydrotreating catalyst |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a catalyst for hydrotreating a hydrocarbon oil, which is economical while taking advantage of a one-step synthesis method of a highly active catalyst by simultaneous precipitation of all components of the catalyst. Provided is a method for producing a highly active hydrotreating catalyst that can be produced at a cost equal to or less than that of a two-step synthesis method. A method for producing a hydrotreating catalyst in which an active metal component is supported on a refractory inorganic oxide carrier, comprising: (a) a precursor of the carrier component, wherein the content of an organic solvent is 1% by weight. Contacting the above-mentioned swollen inorganic oxide gel with at least one active component of a compound of a group 6A metal and a group VIII metal of the periodic table; and (b) supporting the active component obtained in step (a). Subjecting the swollen inorganic oxide gel to drying, shaping, and calcining. In the production of the hydrotreating catalyst, A swollen inorganic oxide gel which is a carrier component precursor used in the step of supporting the active metal component and has an organic solvent content of 1% by weight or more. |
