titleOfInvention | Test strip for enzyme immunochromatography and developing composition |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (Corrected) [Problem] Enzyme immunity which can obtain good color sensitivity and suppress background color development when reacting an enzyme used for detection of a test substance with an enzyme substrate. Provided is a test piece for chromatographic method, a developing composition, and an inspection method for a test sample that can detect a test substance with high sensitivity and that is easy to determine. A stationary phase in which a first specific binding substance capable of binding to a test substance is immobilized on a water-absorbing substrate, and a developing composition for enzyme immunochromatography upstream of the stationary phase. A test piece for enzyme immunochromatography, which has an emulsion containing the chromogenic chemical substance applied thereto and is dried so that the chromogenic chemical substance can be eluted by contacting the test piece. A developing composition for enzyme immunochromatography comprising water and a water-soluble organic solvent capable of eluting a coloring chemical substance retained in a substrate part. |
