titleOfInvention How to set the felt sheet in the foam mold
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To set a felt sheet in a state where a folding habit is given to an appropriate portion of one of the foaming molds, There is provided a method of easily and stably setting a mold without requiring a fold by sewing in advance. SOLUTION: In manufacturing a cushion pad 10 with a felt sheet backed, a felt sheet 14 is set in one mold 18 of a foaming mold 16 and urethane is injected and foamed in the other mold 20. Permanent magnets 22 are provided at appropriate locations on one of the dies 18 where the felt sheet is to be set, and magnetic members 26 and 28 permitting magnetic attraction are provided at appropriate locations on the felt sheet. By appropriately magnetically adsorbing the appropriate number of magnetic members arranged on the felt sheet to the appropriate number of permanent magnets 22 arranged, the felt sheet can be positioned and set at an appropriate position of one mold. It is characterized by having done.
