titleOfInvention | Heat-sensitive adhesive material and method for attaching the same |
abstract | (57) Abstract: A heat-sensitive adhesive material having improved adhesive strength and blocking resistance is obtained. SOLUTION: In the heat-sensitive adhesive material of the present invention, a heat-sensitive adhesive layer comprising a thermoplastic resin emulsion and a heat-sensitive adhesive mainly containing a solid plasticizer is provided on a support, and the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is provided. A seal layer mainly composed of a heat-fusible material is formed thereon. As the thermoplastic resin emulsion, an acrylate ester copolymer emulsion containing 2-ethylhexyl acrylate as a main component is preferable, and as the solid plasticizer, for example, a hindered phenol compound is preferable. The melting point of the heat-fusible material is 75 to 10 It is preferable to use an oxalic acid diester derivative having a peak at 5 ° C. as a main component, a volume average particle diameter of 0.5 to 2.0 μm, and a 90% frequency volume particle diameter of 1.0 to 4.0 μm. When this heat-sensitive adhesive material is adhered to an adherend, the heat-sensitive adhesive layer is heated from the surface on the side of the heat-sensitive adhesive layer with a thermal head to develop adhesive strength. |
