abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a highly safe peritoneal dialysis device which can prevent a dialysate having a temperature considerably higher than a patient's body temperature from being injected. A peritoneal dialysis device 1 includes a dialysis device main body 2 and a peritoneal dialysis device cassette 8 detachably mounted on the dialysis device main body 2. Cassette body 81 A switching cassette circuit 82 that can switch between a liquid injection circuit state for injecting dialysate into the patient's peritoneum and a drainage circuit state for draining dialysate from within the patient's peritoneum; A heating cassette circuit 83 connected to the switching cassette circuit 82 and heating the dialysate therein by the heating means 9; a diaphragm pump 87 connected to the switching cassette circuit 82 and operated by pumping by contraction and expansion; A bypass circuit 84 that connects the upstream side and the downstream side of the hot cassette circuit 83 is provided. When the temperature detected by the outlet temperature sensor 12A is equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature, the dialysate is returned to the upstream side of the heating cassette circuit 83 via the bypass circuit 84.
