SOLUTION: General formula (1): CH 2 CC (R 1 ) COOR (Meth) acrylic monomer represented by 2 to 60% by weight (where R 1 is hydrogen or methyl group, R 2 is C 1 -C 14 Alkyl group), carboxyl group-containing vinyl monomer 1 Acrylic emulsion comprising a monomer mixture consisting of 0 to 8% by weight and 0 to 39% by weight of a copolymerizable monomer copolymerizable with these main monomers and obtained by emulsion polymerization using a monoalkyl succinate sulfonate as an emulsifier. A floor curing sheet fixing tape provided on a base material, comprising an adhesive having a gel fraction of 30 to 75%, comprising an emulsion-type adhesive composition containing a type polymer.
