titleOfInvention | Flame-retardant epoxy resin composition and method for producing flame-retardant epoxy resin |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] As a halogen-free flame-retardant formulation that replaces the halogen-based flame-retardant formulation, it exhibits excellent flame-retardant effects, and has excellent heat resistance and water-resistant physical properties of molded products. Provided is a flame-retardant epoxy resin composition having excellent adhesion in board applications. A phosphorus-modified epoxy resin obtained by reacting an epoxy resin (A) with an ethylenically unsaturated monobasic acid (B) and a phosphine compound (C) having an aromatic group on a phosphorus atom. Reaction of a flame-retardant epoxy resin composition containing (a1) and a curing agent (D) as essential components, or an ethylenically unsaturated monobasic acid (B) and a phosphine compound (C) having an aromatic group on a phosphorus atom A flame-retardant epoxy resin composition comprising, as essential components, a phosphorus-modified epoxy resin (a2) obtained by reacting an epoxy resin (A) and a curing agent (D). |
