titleOfInvention | Fluid mattress bag and method of manufacturing the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] It is unnecessary to dispose an injection valve as a separate member, and it is not necessary to dispose a check valve such as a check valve at the tip of an injection valve integrated into a film shape, and furthermore, the outermost end of the bag. Provided is a bag for a fluid mattress in which an injection valve position can be arbitrarily arranged in a portion (outermost portion). SOLUTION: Two tongue portions 18A and 18B integrally formed at one end of two tongue films 15A and 15B and an outer peripheral edge 19 of the tongue portion by overlapping the two films. A hollow portion 16 obtained by welding the outer peripheral edge of the film except for the above, and the two tongue portions were inserted into the hollow portion by inverting the front and back of the two tongue portions. This is a fluid mattress bag having a check valve function including an inlet 20 and a fluid injected into the hollow portion from the inlet. |
