titleOfInvention Sheet structure and sheet manufacturing method
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To improve the surface rigidity of a seat without reducing the seating feeling while being lightweight. SOLUTION: The present invention has a configuration in which the cushion material 20 is supported by a net material 10 having a three-dimensional structure in which urethane resin constituting the cushion material 20 is integrally combined in a state of being impregnated in a mesh at the time of molding. . Therefore, the three-dimensionally structured net member 10 can exhibit sufficient surface rigidity to protect the occupant from impact. In addition, since the net material 10 having a three-dimensional structure is used instead of using an iron plate or the like as in the related art, the net material 10 is lightweight and can follow the shape change of the cushion material 20. The seating feeling is not impaired.
