abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silane crosslinked (water crosslinked) type soft elastomer composition which is extremely soft and has excellent heat resistance. SOLUTION: SEBS which is a base polymer is 100 Parts by weight, 300 parts by weight of plasticizer, 3 parts of organic unsaturated silane 1 part by weight of the organic peroxide and 1.5 parts by weight of the organic peroxide and 1 part by weight of the antioxidant are respectively charged into the mixer 1 for grafting. After separating the grafted product into a ribbon, It is supplied while being screwed into the screw of the screw extruder 2, and is extruded from the die 6 of the extruder 2 while adding the silanol condensation catalyst from the liquid injection pump 5. Thereafter, the water is passed through a water tank to perform water crosslinking, which also serves as cooling.
