titleOfInvention | Method for producing polyester resin |
abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Object] To provide a method for producing a polyester resin capable of producing a solid-phase polycondensation resin having excellent color tone and containing few by-products without sticking or excessive crystallization with good productivity. . [Constitution] A dicarboxylic acid component containing terephthalic acid as a main component and a diol component containing ethylene glycol as a main component are subjected to an esterification reaction, and then subjected to a melt polycondensation reaction in the presence of a polycondensation catalyst. In producing a polyester resin by a polycondensation reaction, the intrinsic viscosity is 0.1%. The solid state polycondensation reaction is performed on a molten polycondensation resin having an activation energy ΔE and a frequency factor A satisfying the following equation when the solid state polycondensation reaction is performed. A method for producing a polyester resin to be used as a solid-phase polycondensation resin of 0.5 to 1.5 dl / g. lnA / ΔE ≧ 0.80 [mol / (kcal · hour)] |
