titleOfInvention | Oligosaccharide derivatives for enzyme measurement and measurement method |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To measure α-amylase in a clinical test, it is not necessary to use a conjugated enzyme with respect to an oligosaccharide-based substrate used in the measurement. To provide a substrate that solves the problem of being hydrolyzed at a site, and enables a more accurate diagnosis of a disease, a measurement method using the substrate, and a measurement reagent kit containing the substrate. A glucoside bond between glucose or a glucose residue and glucose or a glucose residue is α-glucose. An oligosaccharide derivative in which a bond that is not hydrolyzed by amylase, for example, O of an O-glucoside bond is substituted with another atom is used as a substrate. |
