titleOfInvention Porous materials and composite materials
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed conductor having excellent oxygen permeation characteristics and easy production in an industrial selective permeation / separation process of oxygen and a partial oxidation process of hydrocarbons using an oxide ion mixed conductor. Provided is a composite material of a dense membrane and a porous body. SOLUTION: The porous body provided by the present invention is a mixed conductive oxide, and when the composition formula is written as AFe x O (3-δ) , A is selected from Ba, Sr, and Ca. , 0.98 ≦ x ≦ 1.02, and δ is composed of a porcelain composition having a value determined so as to satisfy the charge neutrality condition. By setting the maximum heat treatment temperature during the production of this porous body higher than the maximum heat treatment temperature during the production process of the dense film, a decrease in the porosity of the porous body during the production process of the dense film is suppressed. And a composite having high oxygen permeability can be easily produced.
