titleOfInvention Method for producing fiber-reinforced inorganic paperboard
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fiber-reinforced inorganic papermaking board capable of improving interlayer adhesion of a fiber-reinforced inorganic papermaking board and improving its surface smoothness. SOLUTION: At the upper part of the papermaking apparatus shown in FIG. 1, a spraying device 9 for spraying the powder slurry to the wet mat 6 on the felt 5 is provided. The powder or the powder slurry is sprayed on the wet mat 6 placed thereon. When heavy calcium carbonate is used as the dusting powder, powder having a specific surface area of 5000 cm 2 / g Blaine has a remarkable effect on the interlayer adhesion of the green sheet and the adhesion of the surface paint. The same applies when powder having a specific surface area of 5000 cm 2 / g or more such as silica fume or diatomaceous earth is used. Therefore, a good product can be obtained by mixing one or more of heavy calcium carbonate, silica fume, and diatomaceous earth whose specific surface area of the powder is 5000 cm 2 / g or more.
