titleOfInvention How to thaw frozen material
abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] The present invention provides a control for always obtaining the same result irrespective of the temperature at the start of thawing of a frozen product. A method for thawing a frozen material according to the present invention is a method for thawing a frozen material by applying microwave heating with an appropriate output to a frozen material in a vacuum tank under reduced pressure. In the step of performing the microwave heating, further reduce the pressure after the microwave heating is stopped, and reduce the pressure to a reduced pressure that is higher than the reduced pressure at which sublimation can occur in the frozen product, and then return the pressure to a predetermined reduced pressure at which the microwave heating can be restarted. Thaw the frozen material by performing microwave heating with an appropriate output while increasing the pressure again, repeating the process of further reducing the pressure after stopping the microwave heating, and reducing the pressure to a degree of reduced pressure at which sublimation can occur in the frozen material. It is a thawing method, and the microwave heating time in each microwave heating step of the repetitive decompression step is accumulated, and a predetermined frozen product is determined. The finished microwave heating upon reaching the heating cumulative time vacuum vessel pressure was regained by the atmospheric pressure is to terminate the decompression.
