titleOfInvention Cathode ray tube and signal detection method in cathode ray tube
abstract (57) [Problem] To reduce a phase difference between an electrical detection signal output in response to the incidence of an electron beam and a reference signal without employing a complicated circuit configuration, and to obtain a required signal from the detection signal. Components can be extracted with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A reference signal output capacitor C2 is provided. 0 is close to the index signal output capacitor C10 and has substantially the same structure. By outputting the reference signal S ref and the index detection signal S ind from substantially adjacent positions in substantially the same manner, the magnitudes of the amplitudes of the respective signals can be made substantially the same, and the positions between the respective signals can be adjusted. The phase difference can be reduced. Thus, removal of the unnecessary signal components contained in the index detection signal S ind is facilitated, the index detection signal S ind, it becomes possible to accurately extract only the index information signals required.
