abstract | (57) [Problem] A transparent conductive anti-reflective material having both excellent transparency having high light transmittance and low light reflectance and conductivity. To provide a manufacturing method and an electronic image display device. A transparent base material comprises: (a) a transparent conductive layer formed of a thin metal layer by electroless plating; and (b) an antireflection layer, wherein the (a) transparent conductive layer is a transparent base material. A transparent conductive anti-reflective material which is formed on the upper layer and has at least (a) a transparent conductive layer, (b) a layer including a reflection-reducing layer and a transparent substrate having transparency, a method for producing the same, and the transparent conductive material. An electronic image display device provided with a reflection reducing material. |
