abstract | (57) [Summary] A coating film having a uniform thickness is formed with a simple configuration to suppress the occurrence of coating film unevenness due to an air current. A stretchable hood (11) having a plurality of air-permeable covers (12a, 12b, 12c) covering a conductive base (9) is provided on a base holding part (10) of an elevator (7) holding a conductive base (9) to be coated. The air-permeable covers 12a to 12a are provided until the coating film does not flow after the porous substrate 9 is pulled up. c so that the coating film formed on the surface of the conductive substrate 9 does not directly receive the wind from the outside, and the solvent vapor in the expansion hood 11 is ventilated. The film is appropriately released to the outside through the conductive covers 12a to 12c to suppress the occurrence of coating film unevenness. |
