(57) [Summary] [Object] To improve abrasion resistance by forming a lubricating film of a liquid to be sealed on the entire surface thereof without impairing the sealing performance of both sealing surfaces of a seal ring. A small lubricating groove is formed on both side sealing surfaces of a seal ring and penetrates the inner and outer peripheral sides of the seal ring so as not to impair the sealing property.
