abstract (57) [Summary] [Object] To improve abrasion resistance by forming a lubricating film of a liquid to be sealed on the entire surface thereof without impairing the sealing performance of both sealing surfaces of a seal ring. A small lubricating groove is formed on both side sealing surfaces of a seal ring and penetrates the inner and outer peripheral sides of the seal ring so as not to impair the sealing property. The liquid to be sealed leaks from the lubricating groove. Lubricate the sealing surface 21.
