(57) [Problem] To prevent aggregation of silica powder when mixed with terephthalic acid or the like and subjected to an esterification reaction. SOLUTION: A silica powder having an average particle diameter of 5 to 50 nm is added to glycol in an amount of 1 to 60 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the glycol. It is a raw material dispersion for polyester production in which parts by weight are uniformly dispersed. This raw material dispersion for the production of polyester is mixed with terephthalic acid or dimethyl terephthalate and mixed under pressure. A polyester polymer is produced by an esterification reaction at a temperature of 0 to 300 ° C., and when a polyester fiber or a polyester film is produced from this polyester polymer, the particle size of the silica powder agglomerates contained in the polyester fiber or the polyester film is reduced. It is less than 5 μm. |
