titleOfInvention Method for producing oligosaccharide / phenylenediamine complex compound, oligosaccharide chain assembly linker compound, sulfated oligosaccharide chain / phenylenediamine complex compound assembled by linker compound
abstract (57) Abstract: A sulfated oligosaccharide / phenylene using a polyvalent amine having a phenylenediamine group at a terminal, which enables a plurality of oligosaccharide chains to be easily assembled while adjusting the number thereof. It is intended to obtain a diamine composite compound. SOLUTION: A polyvalent amine compound having a phenylenediamine group represented by the following formula (1) or (2) as a linker compound is used to reduce the reducing end of an oligosaccharide chain of a saccharide having a reducing position under reduced pH conditions to a reduced amino acid. A method for producing an oligosaccharide-phenylenediamine complex compound that has been assembled by reacting by an oxidization reaction. Embedded image Embedded image However, in the formulas (1) and (2), n represents an integer of 2 to 7, m represents an integer of 1 to 3, and X represents OH or H.
