titleOfInvention Porous porcelain and method for producing the same
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a ceramic material having an improved water purification action. SOLUTION: A ceramic material 1 contains active soil for performing ion exchange, and has a large number of porous pores 2. Activated soils consist of silicon, alumina, allophane, humic acid, fulvic acid, mineral and organic composite carbon. The active soil is preferably contained inside the porous porcelain 1 and is preferably coated on the surface in order to increase the contact area with water. Furthermore, in order to increase the contact area with water, it is preferable that the surface of the porous ceramics 1 has an uneven surface.
