abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] A mesh sheet for architectural work that does not increase in viscosity during storage, can be colored freely, does not generate halogen gas during combustion, and can reduce the amount of impregnated coating on the mesh sheet-like fabric. Provide flame retardant for use and mesh sheet for fireproof construction work treated with the flame retardant. SOLUTION: The non-halogen organic phosphoric acid ester is 50 to 400 parts per 100 parts by weight of the resin solid content of the aqueous polyurethane resin dispersion having a resin solid content of 25 to 75% by weight. Parts by weight, solid content of oxazoline group-containing aqueous crosslinking agent 1 to 15 A flame retardant for a construction work mesh sheet, which is blended by weight, and a flameproof construction work mesh sheet treated with the flame retardant.
