abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition and a rubber composition suitable for a cushion rubber for joining a retreaded tread rubber and a retreaded pedestal tire, etc., which are required for manufacturing a retreaded tire such as TBR (for trucks and buses). And a pneumatic tire using the same. SOLUTION: At least one compound selected from the group consisting of a thiuram compound and a dithiocarbamate compound is compounded in an amount of 0.1 part by weight to 1.0 part by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of a rubber component. A rubber composition comprising 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight of sodium 6,6-hexamethylene-dithiosulfate dihydrate.
