titleOfInvention | Biodegradable plastics and molded products made mainly from konjac |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a biodegradable plastic and a molded article using konjac as a main raw material, which have better processability and physical properties than conventional protein-based ones and can also reduce costs. SOLUTION: Konjac powder is plasticized by adding water to an extent not to cause fluidity, and after kneading, is molded into a biodegradable plastic pellet. The pellet contains a protein-based additive by kneading. Using the biodegradable plastic obtained from the konjac as a molding material, a molded product in a desired form is pressed or extruded. |
