titleOfInvention | Anti-ginsenoside Rg1 monoclonal antibody |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a simple means for analyzing ginsenoside Rg1 (GRg1), which is a major glycoside contained in ginseng. A monoclonal antibody that belongs to the subclass of IgG2b, has a κ light chain, and specifically reacts with GRg1. GRg1 obtained by reacting bovine or human serum albumin with GRg1 treated with sodium periodate. -Hybridomas obtained by fusing antibody-producing cells and myeloma cells of an animal (preferably a mouse) immunized with the serum albumin complex are selectively cultured, and a hybridoma producing a monoclonal antibody against GRg1 is screened and cloned. It is produced by By applying this monoclonal antibody to an immunoassay such as ELISA, GRg1 can be quantified simply and with high sensitivity. |
