(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To enable highly accurate quantitative analysis of glucose concentration by measuring a reference signal with good reproducibility. SOLUTION: An optical path for a biological signal for measuring a biological signal and an optical path for a reference signal for measuring a reference signal are separately provided. The optical path for the biological signal is constituted by the optical fiber bundle 6a and the sensing unit 7a provided in the middle thereof, and the optical path for the reference signal has the same configuration. Furthermore, the subject 31 is once passed for the optical path for the biological signal, and the reference plate 32 is passed once for the optical path for the reference signal, so that the biological signal and the reference signal are obtained from the respective paths. |
