titleOfInvention Laminated solid electrolytic capacitor having through holes in cathode foil, anode foil and support plate, respectively, and method of manufacturing the same
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large-sized flat solid electrolyte capacitor excellent in high-frequency characteristics, having a large storage capacity and a large flat plate, and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: A capacitor element 1 is formed by laminating a cathode electrode foil 2 having a through hole and an anode electrode foil 1 having a dielectric oxide film formed on the surface and having a through hole via a separator 3. 0, a plurality of the elements were stacked, and a support plate having a through hole was arranged on at least one side of the obtained stacked body. The separator is impregnated with a 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene monomer and an oxidizing agent, and heated under pressure to polymerize the monomer to form a solid electrolyte layer.
